I would definitely recommend Ben / Paymun to anyone looking for a real estate agent.  I recently worked with Ben as a first time home buyer and he was great to work with throughout the entire process.  He is extremely knowledgeable about both the real estate and mortgage processes and did an excellent job negotiating with the seller.  His team was very responsive and reliable.  It was clear throughout the process Ben wants to develop a lasting relationship with his clients, focusing on helping them find the right home versus the easiest/quickest one to close.  I would definitely work with him and his team again in any future real estate transactions.
